Getting Started Is Simple
1. Sign Up and Tell Us About Your Business
We start by getting to know your business, the tours you offer and the customers you want to reach.
You’ll sign our Tour & Safari Operator Partnership Agreement and complete our online onboarding forms. You’ll provide your business documents, logo, photographs, tour descriptions, prices and contact details.
You supply the information. We take care of the technical setup.
2. We Build Your Business Website
We create a professional website for your tourism business, designed to work on mobile phones, tablets and computers.
Your website showcases your business, your tours and safaris, and the experiences you offer. It gives potential customers the information they need to discover your services and contact you directly to discuss their travel plans.
Your website can include:
Information about your business and team.
Pages showcasing your tours, safaris and activities.
Tour descriptions, package details, prices, inclusions and exclusions.
Contact forms and WhatsApp integration so customers can speak with you directly.
Online payment facilities so customers can pay for their agreed package.
Social media links and Google Reviews.
Google Business Profile and Google Maps setup, where applicable.
Search engine and analytics setup to establish your online presence.
We also manage your domain, hosting and website security where these are included in your selected arrangement.
Need more functionality? Online booking software with live availability and automated booking management is available as an optional extra at an additional cost.
Before launch, we check that your website and payment process are working correctly.
3. Your Customers Choose Their Package and Pay Online
Your customers deal directly with you to discuss their interests, travel plans, budget and requirements.
You work with each customer to recommend or put together the right tour or safari package. Once you have agreed on the itinerary, inclusions and price, you direct the customer to your website to make their payment online.
The customer simply selects or accesses the agreed package and pays through your website’s configured payment system.
This gives your customers a convenient way to pay while allowing you to maintain personal contact and control over the experience you provide.
You remain responsible for confirming the arrangements, communicating with the customer and delivering the tour or safari as agreed.
4. You Run Your Business. We Manage the Technology.
We manage your website and the technical systems behind it, while you focus on your customers and delivering great tourism experiences.
Our ongoing service includes website maintenance, security and one batch of reasonable website content changes per calendar month.
For example, you can request changes to:
Tour descriptions and package information.
Prices, inclusions and exclusions.
Photographs and promotional content.
Departure information and contact details.
You provide the updated information, and we make the changes.
Basic social media management is included, but advertising, additional SEO work and online booking software can be arranged separately at an additional cost.
A Simple Commission-Based Model
We want you to have a professional online presence and a convenient way for customers to pay without having to manage the technical side yourself.
Our service operates on an agreed commission for payments processed through your website’s payment system.
6% commission: When you provide and maintain your own suitable domain and hosting.
8% commission: When Curious Enterprises provides and manages your domain and hosting.
Commission is calculated on the gross amount processed through the website’s payment system, before deducting your business expenses. Payment processing costs ( about 4%) are incorporated into the customer’s booking price.
Where supported by the selected payment provider, payments are automatically split between you and Curious Enterprises according to the agreed arrangement.
Where Curious Enterprises provides your domain and hosting, those costs are included in the 8% commission arrangement, with no separate domain or hosting invoice.
Your individual Partnership Agreement sets out the terms that apply to your business.

We manage the online infrastructure. You remain in control of your tourism business and your customer relationships.
